Preventive maintenance means carrying out simpler maintenance on the machinery to avoid production disruptions.

With our thermal cameras, we can check electric cabinets, electric motors, mechanics and more. Both fire and difficult troubleshooting often occur due to loose contacts in electrical connections.
Thermography of electric motors can indicate that the electric motor is overloaded or about to break.
Through a Ballbar control, we are able to offer a quick and easy control of a CNC machine's positioning characteristics, all according to recognized international standards such as ISO or ANSI/ASME. We can evaluate and track the performance of your machines and effectively diagnose any problems that require maintenance and find the sources of failure that cause them.

• Measurement of squareness
• Spindle parallelism
Leaks in compressed air systems are very costly. Elinc can carry out leak detection and repair minor leaks that do not directly disrupt production, alternatively we make a mark and write a report. Leaks cost money!
