Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain our internal IT infrastructure, including networks, servers and user equipment.
• Provide support and technical assistance to our users as needed.
• Manage installation and configuration of hardware and software according to company needs.
• Monitor the performance of the systems and ensure their availability and security.
• Document and maintain IT procedures and guidelines for our users, including use of Pyramid.
• Measures for IT security and security controls.
• Support the business' requirements for accessibility and mobility.

Qualifications:

• Relevant education or work experience in the IT area.
• Experience in infrastructure design and administration
• Experience with IT security

• Knowledge of the Pyramid program, with the ability to solve complex problems and provide support to our users.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, while enjoying working in a team.
