Last week delivered AB Sjuntorp Industrial Technology new nut testers for a major car manufacturer in the western region.
The nut tester is designed to increase production reliability and reduce the risk of downtime. Thanks to this new nut tester, the car manufacturer can now check the quality of the weld nuts - without destroying them.
In the past, it has not been possible to carry out this type of control on the fixed welding, and if the weld nuts were to come loose during production, it could lead to extensive problems on the production line. With our nut testers, this risk is eliminated, which not only saves time and materials, but also ensures the highest quality in car production.
