Jopro was founded in 1986 by Ingvar Johansson in Älvängen, Sweden. With years of experience in battery manufacturing at Tudor, he saw the need for better battery handling solutions for forklift trucks.
The focus was initially on the Swedish market with customers such as IKEA, VOLVO and SKF. Today, we focus on the extended European market, but we also have battery handling systems working in countries as far as USA, Thailand, and Japan.
